This is how we handle a short sale that may be listed with a real estate agent:

  • We work with 3 parties: the seller, the real estate agent and the bank.
  • We negotiate directly with the bank and purchase the property, cash.
  • After we close with the bank, we list the property, with you representing us as our agent.
  • For your protection, contracts clearly state that you will receive the property as your listing.
  • Copies of the contract is available upon request.
